1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Poppy Seed
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Black Sesame Seed
1/4 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Brown Mustard Seed
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Celery Seed
- ½ head red cabbage
- ½ head green cabbage
- 3 carrots
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ⅛ cup white wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- Using a food peeler, peel carrots into a medium size bowl. Using a mandolin, shred both cabbage heads into the same bowl.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Stir together well until consistency is even. Add-in M&B Poppy Seed, M&B Black Sesame Seed, M&B Celery Seed, and M&B Brown Mustard Seed. Stir until well combined.
- Drizzle dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss well.
