Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients
- ½ pound raw shrimp
- 2 zucchinis, chopped into thick pieces
- 2 bell peppers, chopped into thick pieces
- ½ red onion, chopped into thick pieces
- 10-12 button mushrooms, chopped in half
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil

1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Onion Powder

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Red Chili Flakes

1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Hot Paprika
Directions
Start by soaking 12-15 wooden skewers in water. Set aside.
Add shrimp, zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, and mushroom pieces into a large bowl. Drizzle avocado oil over everything. Top with M&B Onion Powder, M&B Red Chili Flakes, M&B Chili Powder, and M&B Hot Paprika. Mix so all vegetables and the shrimp are coated.
Skewer the vegetables and shrimp until each skewer is full. Recipe yields 12-15 skewers.
Heat a grill between 275° to 325°F. Grill each skewer for 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp is bright pink. Pull off the grill and serve.
