Pesto Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 box of macaroni noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, chopped into bite size pieces
- ½ cup pesto
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup parmesan
- 2 heads romaine lettuce

1 ½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Whole Black
Peppercorns w Grinder

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Spicy Everything
Sprinkle
- ¼ stick butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup cooking oil
- salt to taste

Directions
- Boil water and cook noodles, then set aside and let cool.
- While the pasta is cooking, start on the Caesar dressing by combining the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, anchovy paste, ½ cup parmesan, ½ tablespoon M&B Garlic Powder, ½ tablespoon M&B Peppercorn Grinder, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce.
- In a pan, heat cooking oil and add chopped chicken. Season chicken with ½ tbsp M&B Garlic Powder, ½ tbsp M&B Peppercorn Grinder and a pinch of salt.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
- In the same pan, heat butter and toast breadcrumbs seasoned with ½ tbsp M&B Garlic Powder. Toast until golden brown, then remove from the heat.
- Add noodles to the bowl and toss with the Caesar dressing and pesto.
- Chop up romaine lettuce and add it to the noodles along with the chicken. Mix well.
- Top with toasted breadcrumbs, ½ cup parmesan cheese, and M&B Spicy Everything Sprinkle. Enjoy!
