Ingredients
2 cups whole milk

1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Vanilla Powder

1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Orange Peel
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup water
- 3 tablespoons matcha powder
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- Ice cubes

Directions
- Start with making an orange vanilla syrup: In a skillet, heat on medium low heat granulated sugar, ¼ cup of water, M&B Vanilla Powder, and M&B Orange Peel. Stir occasionally until fully liquid (about 5-7 minutes). Strain into a bowl and set aside.
- Using a jar, combine syrup, heavy whipping cream and a splash of whole milk. Shake for a few minutes until fluffy consistency.
- Sift matcha powder into a matcha bowl. Add in a splash of water and whisk in circles until a paste-like consistency. Add remaining water and whisk with an ‘S’ pattern until mixed well.
In the cup, pour milk over ice about halfway. Pour over matcha mix, leaving about an inch on the top. Top with orange vanilla cold foam topping. Garnish with an orange peel.
