Marry Me Shrimp Rigatoni

Ingredients
- 10 ounces rigatoni
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Paprika

¼ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground White Pepper

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ cup Parmesan, grated
- Fresh basil for topping

Directions
- Cook rigatoni according to package directions and set aside.
- Season the shrimp with M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Paprika, M&B Ground White Pepper, and salt. Toss to coat.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add butter and olive oil. When hot, add the shrimp in a single layer, allowing each side to sear for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the garlic with remaining oil. When fragrant, add sun dried tomatoes, M&B Italian Seasoning, and flour. Cook for 2 minutes then add vegetable broth, cooking for another few minutes.
- Pour heavy cream and tomato paste into the pan. Gently simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add lemon juice and Parmesan, stir to incorporate, then add rigatoni. Toss to saturate all noodles.
- Top the noodles with the shrimp, M&B Red Chili Flakes, and fresh basil.
