Marinated Steak Kabobs
Ingredients
2 New York Strips
3 Bell peppers
1 red onion
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Lemon Pepper Blend
½ lemon
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Lemon Pepper Blend, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix well to combine.
Pat the steak dry and cube it into 1-1.5-inch thick pieces and place into the marinade.
Let the steak marinate for 1 hour minimum, or overnight for the best flavor.
Chop vegetables and assemble skewers. Alternate vegetables and meat on skewers.
Grill at 400 degrees until the meat reaches the desired doneness and the vegetables have a nice char. Plate and enjoy!
