Lavender Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup water

1 Morton & Bassett Vanilla Bean

1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Lavender
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cold brew
- 1 cup crushed ice
Directions
Cut the M&B Vanilla Bean in half lengthwise. In a saucepan, add white sugar, water, M&B Vanilla Bean, and M&B Lavender. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then strain into a heat-proof jar. Set aside to cool.
In a stand mixer or large bowl, add heavy cream and the lavender vanilla simple syrup. Whisk until frothy, about 4-5 minutes.
Pour cold brew into two glasses with ice. Top with lavender vanilla sweet cream and gently mix.
