- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup spinach

- 1½ cups milk of choice

Directions
In a blender, combine banana, avocado, spinach, M&B Ground Ginger, M&B Vanilla Powder, chia seeds, and milk. Blend until smooth. Top with chia seeds.
