Crunchy Miso Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 8 Persian cucumbers, chopped
- 1 can of white beans
- 1 ¼ cup edamame beans
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 of a red onion, chopped
- 1 cup green cabbage, chopped
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 2 jalapeños, scraped & chopped

2 tablespoons Morton & Bassett Spicy Everything Sprinkle

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground Ginger

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons miso paste

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, add cucumbers, white beans, edamame beans, cilantro, red onion, cabbage, green onions, and jalapeños.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dressing. Add sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, miso paste, M&B Ground Ginger, M&B Garlic Powder, and M&B Spicy Everything Sprinkle. Mix well.
- Drizzle the dressing over the bean salad, toss & serve.
