Crispy Dijon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh brussels sprouts, halved
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Onion Powder

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Smoked Paprika

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Whole Black Peppercorn w/ Grinder

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, add dijon mustard, honey, pinch of salt, and olive oil along with spices: M&B garlic powder, grind M&B Whole Black Peppercorns, M&B Onion Powder, M&B Smoked Paprika.
- Toss brussel sprouts until evenly coated.
- Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, tossing halfway. Remove from oven once they are crispy and golden enough to your liking!
- Top with Parmesan cheese, and serve.
