Creamy Vodka Sauce Pasta

Ingredients
1 box of bucatini noodles
¼ cup tomato paste
¼ cup vodka
1 cup grated parmesan
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 medium yellow onion, chopped

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Whole Black Peppercorns & Grinder

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Red Chili Flakes

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Paprika
6 slices prosciutto
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Boil water and cook noodles until al dente.
Pan fry prosciutto until crispy and set aside on a paper towel.
In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté the chopped yellow onion until translucent.
Add in tomato paste and cook 2-4 minutes until caramelized.
Add in M&B Garlic Powder and cook for 1 minute.
Add in vodka and let simmer for 3 minutes.
Add heavy whipping cream and ½ cup of parmesan and let it thicken.
Add in half of your M&B Red Chili Flakes, M&B Paprika, and ½ tbsp of M&B Pepper.
Once the sauce is thick, add your noodles to the pan and coat generously with sauce.
Plate and top with crumbled prosciutto, the remaining parmesan cheese, more M&B Pepper and a sprinkle of M&B Red Chili Flakes. Serve and enjoy!
