Chimichurri Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh shrimp, shells removed
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup olive oil

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Red Chili Flakes

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Mixed Peppercorns Grinder

½ tsp
Morton & Bassett Smoked Paprika
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ yellow onion, rough chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro (no stems)
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley (no stems)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 slices of jalapeno

Directions
- In a food processor combine onion, cilantro, parsley, garlic, and jalapeno.
- Add in salt, olive oil, M&B Red Chili Flakes, M&B Mixed Peppercorns, M&B Smoked Paprika, the juice of one lime and blend.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and add in shrimp flipping once golden brown (about 3 minutes).
- Once cooked on both sides, remove from heat and mix shrimp with chimichurri until generously coated.
- Plate and serve with an extra squeeze of lime & M&B Red Chili Flakes.
