Ingredients
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons Morton & Bassett Black Sesame Seed

2 tablespoons Morton & Bassett Poppy Seeds

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Chai Spice

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup dates, chopped
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons neutral oil
- 1 egg

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add flour, oats, pumpkin seeds, M&B Black Sesame Seed, M&B Poppy Seeds, M&B Chai Spice, chia seeds, baking powder, salt, and dates. Mix and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine maple syrup, tahini, oil, M&B Pure Vanilla Extract, and egg. Whisk thoroughly, then pour into the dry ingredients and mix. The mixture will be sticky. Let rest for a few minutes before scooping onto a parchment lined baking sheet in about 2 inch dough mounds.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, until the edges have browned. Allow to cool.
