Bruschetta with Herbed Butter

Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 heirloom tomatoes, rough chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 baguette, cut into crostinis

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Thyme

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Rosemary

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Oregano
- Handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Sea salt for topping
Directions
Place the crostini in a toaster oven to get them golden brown.
Combine the butter with the thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Mix well.
Spread a thick layer of herbed butter onto the freshly toasted crostini.
Combine the tomatoes and garlic, then layer it onto the bread.
- Top with fresh chopped basil leaves and sea salt.
