Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup spinach
3 tbsp sundried tomatoes
Splash heavy cream or milk (optional)

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Chives

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Parsley

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Paprika
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tsp olive oil
⅛ cup diced white onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Dice the onion and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with a fork until frothy.
Add M&B Chives, M&B Parsley, M&B Garlic Powder, and M&B Paprika. Mix well.
Stir in the heavy cream (if using), spinach, feta, and sundried tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet and coat the bottom evenly.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving, then enjoy!
