Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 2 large eggs
- 4 teaspoons maple syrup
-
2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Ground White Pepper
-
1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Granulated Onion with Parsley
- 3 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Chipotle Honey Garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
Directions
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Prepare the dredging by whisking the eggs with 2 teaspoons maple syrup in one shallow dish, adding flour in a second shallow dish, and creating the breading in a third shallow dish. To make the breading, combine breadcrumbs, flaxseed, M&B Ground White Pepper, M&B Granulated Onion with Parsley, M&B Chipotle Honey Garlic, and salt.
Bread chicken, one tender at a time. Start by coating both sides of each tender with flour, dipping into the eggs, then coating with the breading.
Set tenders in a single layer into an air fryer, frying in batches as necessary, for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Chicken should be crispy and cooked through.
While tenders fry, make the dip. Mix together Greek yogurt, mayo, gochujang, and remaining maple syrup. Serve dip alongside chicken tenders.
