    Preheat the oven to 300F and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl combine oil, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper and salt. Add  oats, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, pecans, and almonds.

    Spread oats evenly onto the two baking sheets, bake for 20-25 minutes, add cranberries. Let cool before serving or storing
