    Strawberry Almond Scones with Vanilla Glaze

    Baked Feta and Tomatoes over Orecchiette Pasta

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 cups cherry tomatoes 
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 
    • 1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Basil
    • 1 block feta cheese (about 8 oz.)
    • 1 box orecchiette pasta

    Preheat the oven to 400F. 

    Place the cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves in a baking dish and add olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Place feta in the center and sprinkle with basil.  Bake for 40 minutes until very bubbly and feta is starting to get golden brown. 

    Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

    Let the baked feta and tomatoes cool slightly and stir thoroughly to mix everything. Spoon the sauce over the pasta and stir to coat the pasta in sauce, sprinkle with additional basil, salt and pepper and serve immediately.
